Twenty-four rooms is not a marketing constraint — it is a commitment. It means we can prepare each room individually before your arrival rather than running a checklist at pace. The forest-cream palette — warm off-white walls, deep sage cushions, natural oak furniture — was chosen to feel calm under Murcia's strong southern light and just as settled under our low amber lamps at night. Every room has a proper writing desk, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, and a bathroom stocked with locally made toiletries from a family producer in the Segura valley.
Our entry-level Classic rooms run between 18 and 22 square metres and are finished to exactly the same standard as the rest of the house. Montserrat-style arched windows, blackout curtains, a queen-size bed with a pillow menu, and a rainfall shower. Ideal for solo travellers and short city stays.
At 26–30 square metres, Deluxe rooms add a seating alcove with a reading chair and a larger bathroom with a deep soaking tub alongside the walk-in shower. The forest-cream timber panelling runs floor to ceiling here, giving the room a more enclosed and private feel. Popular for stays of three nights or more.
The five Junior Suites each have a separate sitting room, a working fireplace (October through March), and a terrace or juliet balcony overlooking the old city roofline. At 42–48 square metres they are generous without being cavernous. We stock each with a curated selection of Murcian wines and local olive oil on arrival.
One suite only, at ground level, opening directly onto a private walled garden of about 30 square metres planted with citrus, rosemary, and lavender. The Garden Suite has its own entrance, a king-size four-poster bed, and a bathroom with a freestanding bath positioned to face the garden through full-height glass.
A stable, fast connection in every corner of the building, including the terrace and the garden. No login codes that expire at midnight.
Brewed-to-order coffee, seasonal fruit from the Murcia huerta, local cheeses, and house-baked bread. Served in the ground-floor dining room or, on request, delivered to your door.
We offer a 13:00 late checkout to all guests subject to availability — just let us know the night before. We never charge a fee for asking.
