We don't send automated holding responses. The reply you receive will be from a named member of our team who has actually read your message and can answer it. If you have asked about availability or a specific room, they will check in real time before replying. Front desk hours are 08:00 to 22:00 Monday to Saturday and 09:00 to 21:00 on Sundays. Messages sent outside those hours are answered first thing in the morning.
